Swerving into Dr. Strange’s territory, MK falls into a dreamscape to solve a mystery in a haunted building. For the leap into the unconscious, Shalvey lays a few pages out in a head-comix style with a touch of Windsor McKay. But tonally this tale of fungoid horror most recalls the seminal Swamp Thing.
